ALCOHOL

Anyone consuming alcohol on our premises must be able to prove that they are 21 years of age or older. Please have appropriate ID (which meets all applicable Texas standards) on hand at all times. Please note that we cannot pour wine or sell wine to guests that are visibly intoxicated by law and for the safety of all, so please consume alcoholic beverages responsibly.

 

No outside alcohol is permitted for consumption on the property.

We are a family friendly winery. However, we do insist that all children are under DIRECT adult supervision at all times! Keep in mind that some of our patrons desire a quieter winery experience so please be respectful of our other customers and our property.

In addition to being a winery, we are also a working farm, please watch your children at all times.

Jenschke Cellars reserves the right to ask any guest to leave who does not abide by these policies. Thank you for your purchase from Jenschke Cellars.

 

For returns on a defective wine, if the same wine is available, you will be offered a replacement. You will also be able to exchange it for a bottle of greater value. In this case, you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable tax. If the wine is no longer available, the money will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that we need the bottle returned still containing liquid to verify the defect.

 

For returns on unopened wines or merchandise, you must return the product within 45 calendar days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. In the instance of wine club releases, you must return the product within 45 calendar days of the wine club release date to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the same condition you received it and undamaged in any way. Wine club releases will not be refunded after 45 days, however you may still exchange the bottles up to 90 days after the release. If exchanges are of greater value, you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable tax.

 

For returns on event tickets, refunds will be issued if requested 48 hours prior to the event. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen. If a request is made after 48 hours prior to the event, you will be eligible for an exchange. If the exchange is of greater value, you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable tax.
